I was using my PC normally and then suddenly I get a BSOD from windows 10 and after my PC restarts , I wasnt able to connect to my 2.4GHz band Wifi networks and I wasnt even able to see the 5GHz band signals. Then I tried various fixes like network reset, troubleshoot, Hp network trouble shoot, everything. But my Wifi didnt even work.
I followed a youtube video to find if its a hardware problem by typing "ping 127.0.0.1" in my command prompt. The result came and I found that there are no hardware issues.
My WLAN Autoconfig service is up and running, but my wifi is not even showing in the list of networks.
I am using my ethernet to write to this support. I even ran the HP PC Hardware diagnostics window and these are the results of the fast test. Unfortunately I am unable to upload the logs of my file in here. So, I am pasting the test results as images.
I don't know how to fix this, but this laptop is what I use for my work. Please do the needful, I need my laptop for work ASAP.
