Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

One Drive is not synching. When I click around I get a message that I do not have authorisation. Virtual assistant is useless. My warranty expired last month and it doesn't understand the question even after rephrasing it many times. Seems to be a common problem (One Drive synching) but I can't find anything on the internet that looks like a match or addresses the "authorisation" problem.

Please ask Microsoft. Did you change your Microsoft account lately ? Did you share your One drive with someone (give others to access your files such as photos, videos ... ?). Some one may change your password to access One Drive. Again, please ask Microsoft or please try

Note: Virtual Assistant may only know HP products but OneDrive is NOT an HP product, it is between you and Microsoft.
