Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My PC recently updated automatically and I am now having issues with wireless connections. I am able to connect to wireless networks, but the internet does not work....

When you just hover your mouse cursor over the wifi icon (bottom right corner) does it say "internet access" or "no internet access" or "limited access" ? 

Internet Connectivity issues can happen for n number of reason. Hence it is very important to proceed step by step in order to perform only the required troubleshooting steps. Sometimes issues can get worse if the tech fails to properly detail the issue.
