My Spectre X2 Detachable PC keeps saying NO SERVICE on Cellular

Hi HP team,

I have a same problem with this case, I did some steps:

- Test this 4G SIM with another device, it is ok

- Install some drivers that HP recommemed, but still No Service

- I tried with 2 SIM, but still No Service

Please help me to solve this casse

What is the exact model for your computer?

In addition to a sim card, your notebook must also have the optional mobile broadband (WWAN) card.

If your notebook has the mobile broadband card, it will be listed in the Device Manager under the Network Adapters device manager category.

There will be 3 networking devices like Intel wired, Intel wireless and mobile broadband please check the product specifications.
