Some days ago, My laptop had updates and  now I can't find my WiFi connections. wifi option is disappeared from my laptop. please help me asap. I tried customer support number but it is out of order. 

My laptop warranty expired 10 days ago.

Hello

 

try this:

open Device Manager

select Netwrok Adapter

look the the adapter list

do you see your WiFI Card in the list ?

no WIFI Card.

 

do you have, in Device Manager,  a device called "Unknown Device"  ?

 

if NO the cases are two:

  1. the Wifi Card is totaly broken
  2. Windows 10 Registry is corrupted

what if you enable , in device Manager" to "show Hidden Device "?.

 

could you please add the picture to the post ?

what can i do next

try to right click on Realtek RTL8822BE , the on the menu select uninstall device

tehn select any other device

then on top of the windows , click on action and select "Scan for hardware changes" and see if Realtek RTL came back without being hidden
