My aeroplane mode is struck I can’t use WiFi. F12 button is on with red light which shows antenna

 I reset the PC 2-3 times the problem fixes after reset and again the problem continues. The button f12 if it’s white I get WiFi everything will be normal. Sometimes after restart it goes to red and I can’t change it back. 
i tried 15-20 solutions nothing worked its irritating
