Dear community, My airplane mode won't turn off so I can't get access to the internet. A scammer got brief access to my laptop and made it not possible to reach the internet. Any help you can provide so that I can get out of safe mode and back on the internet will be greatly appreciated.

Hey @JH41

I'm sorry this has happened to you, I'd assume one would need to reset the HD of that computer to be 100% safe.

As for scammers in the community:

Be alert for scammers who may be posing as HP support representatives, particularly those who claim to be “HP Helpdesk”.

Only call numbers from people who have a HP badge on their profile page.
