My bluetooth has randomly disappeared from my laptop. It does not show up in my drivers list at all. I tried reinstalling from windows and it is still not working, A message showed up from windows help when attempting to check for updates and on HP Help and it says that it no longer checks for MediaTek updates as it claims it no longer has the driver. Any help is appreciated as i need bluetooth for school online classes.

Hi:
This is the latest driver HP has for the Mediatek Bluetooth adapter your notebook has.
Driver - OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck1000 (509V8AV) | HP® Customer Support
I don't know if the driver is going to install if there is no BT device manager category listed in the device manager.
You may have to resort to using a USB BT 5.0 adapter until you have more time to look into the matter, which may involve factory resetting the notebook with the cloud recovery tool, or the Mediatek Wi-Fi card may have a hardware issue that would require replacement.
Cloud recovery tool info:
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support
You can install the tool from the Microsoft Store.
HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Microsoft Store Apps
Factory resetting the notebook erases everything on the hard drive, so make sure you back up all of your important files and documents onto a portable hard drive before using the cloud recovery tool.
This should be a suitable USB BT 5.0 adapter:
