HP chromebook 14a na0007na
Chrome OS

I have an HP Chromebook 14a-na0007na about 3 weeks now...from day 1 my chromebook constantly loses wifi connetcion from my broadband router...even when I'm sitting next to the router my chromebook still loses connetcion. I have no any problem with other devices,I have an other chromebook ( Samsung ) it works perfectly. I don't know what to do with my HP Chromebook? Can anyona please help me??

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Check for updates:

  1. Turn on your Chromebook.
  2. Connect your Chromebook to Wi-Fi.
  3. At the bottom right, select the time.
  4. Select Settings .
  5. At the bottom of the left panel, select About Chrome OS.
  6. Under "Google Chrome OS," you'll find which version of the Chrome operating system your Chromebook uses.
  7. Select Check for updates.
  8. If your Chromebook finds a software update, it will start to download automatically.

Note: If your Chromebook uses your phone's internet connection or its own mobile data, you'll get an alert about how much mobile data it needs to update. You can then stop or continue with the update.
