Product: HP Elitebook 850 G5

Hi , Just bought HP Elitebook 850 G5 on the right hand side of the laptop you have a slot for data SIM card for internet. I have  and activated date SIM card but unable to see it on the desktop

Hi:

 

Every EliteBook has a SIM card slot. 

 

What 90% of them don't have is the optional but required WWAN (mobile broadband) adapter that connects to the cellular network.

 

Go to the device manager, click to expand the Network adapters device manager category.

 

In order for the SIM card to work you must see one of these mobile broadband adapters listed there...

 

HP lt4132 LTE/HSPA+ 4G Mobile Broadband

Intel® XMM™ 7360 LTE-Advanced
