My device says im not connected to the internet when i try log onto microsoft office?

I have lots of important work to do, that requires Microsoft office however when i try to log into it it gives the same error message saying ''you are not connected to the internet, try again later'' however i am most definately connected as how else would i be using google, plus it says that im connected on my network settings. The same problem takes place on a few other apps too! I need help asap on why this is happening or how to fix it thanks.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to connect to Microsoft office.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Do you have Microsoft Office installed on your computer or you are using it online?

Meanwhile, as you have mentioned that the internet is working on your computer for other applications, I recommend you contact Microsoft and they will be able to better assist you in this regard.
