Pavilion x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My Hp will not show my WiFi as an available network to connect to. It shows other networks to connect to and all of my other devices (phones, TV, other laptops) connect to our WiFi perfectly. I have already called my internet service and they told me my connection was perfect and was able to hold as many devices as I want, but It still doesn’t pop up on my computer. I have done everything from contacting support to restarting both my computer and WiFi router.. I don’t know what else i can do to fix this problem.

What EXACTLY is your Pavilion x360 ?  Probably its wifi adapter supports 2.4GHz networks only. Please allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz. Your machine can connect to 2.4GHz network.

Regards.

How exactly do I change that setting? I’m not exactly tech savvy so this makes it more difficult for me. Thanks
