@Sandeep534, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your laptop's wireless network and Bluetooth connections. Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue:
Check Device Manager
- Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
- Look for Network adapters and Bluetooth. Ensure they are enabled and not showing any errors (yellow exclamation marks).
Update Drivers
- In Device Manager, right-click on your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth adapters and select Update driver.
- Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
Run Troubleshooters
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
- Run the Internet Connections and Bluetooth troubleshooters.
Restart Network Services
- Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
- Find WLAN AutoConfig and Bluetooth Support Service. Right-click and select Restart.
Check for Windows Updates
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
- Ensure your system is up to date.
Reset Network Settings
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status.
- Click Network reset and follow the instructions.
I hope this helps.
