Been having frequent drops in internet service lately. Provider has been having problems. My wife's laptop, a much older one, still sees both the 2g and the 5g signals but my mine no longer sees the 5g. The Spectrum technician was out to fix the overall internet problem, which he's not sure he's identified, but doesn't have a clue why my computer refuses to recognize the presence of the 5g signal. Any ideas? Could it be a setting in my laptop? If so, what do I need to do to change it?
