Provided with enough information to identify the computer model, the Operating System / version, AND perhaps a bit of detail about what you mean by "doesn't work", we can perhaps offer practical advice on what to try to fix the source of the problem(s).

 

What about...

 

We can read complaints -- We cannot do anything to change (for example) repair decisions made by HP Support warranty case agents.

 

We can forward complaints to our Moderator team for evaluation.
