Ther is an error message on the driver in device manager stating that Windows (11) has stopped this device because it has reported problems (code 43).

 

It a Hp Probook and ive benn running window 11 for a while maybe a year.

Probably both of them on the same Wifi adapter. What is your machine ?  Please use the following way to find out:

Hi Thanks for the reply.

I took it to a friend who had an adapter that allowed connection to internet. There were some updated to the firmware that had not been installed.   All sorted now.
