Hi! @davel57, Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Don't worry I'm here to help you out.

Are you able to browse internet from other devices?

Have you tried checking with a different browser? Does the issue persist?

Please share the product number of the PC to assist you better.

Try disabling the Antivirus software and firewall temporarily and check if it helps.

Try resetting the browser settings to default and check if it helps.

Update the BIOS and wireless drivers on the PC to the latest verion using HP support assistant.

Refer this article to know more information about using the HP support assistant. Click Here

Also, try the steps recommended below.

On your keyboard, press Windows logo key and X at the same time, then choose Settings.

In the search box, type in Troubleshoot and choose Troubleshoot network.

On the right side of the pane, click Run the troubleshooter under Internet Connections.

Select Troubleshoot my connection to the Internet.

When the automatic troubleshooter finishes running the procedure, you will be able to see certain error notification. For instance:

Run Built-in & Guided Walk through Windows update troubleshooter

Built-in : Windows Key+X > Click Settings > Click Update & security > Click Troubleshoot > Click Windows update > Click Run the Troubleshooter

Take Care! 🙂

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Click the “Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
