HP Recommended
Product: HP Laptop 15s=fq1085TU
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Notebook ? laptop prints email documents, but will not print word pad docs; and won t print in  black ink at all.  have had HP techs try to no avail, One suggested that if u don t subscribe to microsoft that is the reason why word pad doc won t be printed?????????????
