Hi,

Your laptop does not come with bluetooth so you will need to get hardware to be able to use bluetooth. Ususaly bluetooth and wifi are on the same card, however your PC has  Realtek RTL8188EE-VJ 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi adapter.

You can also see the spec sheet does not mention bluetooth:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-15-ba000-notebook-pc-series/10862317/model/13386205/document...

The easiest way to get bluetooth is to buy a USB dongle which you insert into PC. Usually they are plug and play and are cheap.

Example

https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=usb+bluetooth

Hope it helps,

David
