  • My laptop will not connect to the internet. It connects to the router ok but says NO INTERNET. All other devices are connecting OK. It will not connect via Router or Hotspot. Any ideas????

Hi Irwin, it appeared to be an update on the wifi driver software. I cleared it by reloading the old software, but this didn't kick in until I did a Restart rather than power Off/On. Thanks for your reply.
