Product: HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D120AV)

I’m traveling for work and trying to do homework from a hotel that I know has Wi-Fi and my computer doesn’t seem to realize that there is Wi-Fi I have tried using network connectivity settings to locate it but it doesn’t even acknowledge that it can attached Wi-Fi and just keeps telling me to plug in an ethernet cable. I’ve tried to reset it multiple times and nothing has helped. Settings doesn’t even have WiFi as an option just dial up and set up a new router this is not a problem I have at home. There are roughly 20 WiFi networks I can access at the hotel from my phone that my computer doesn’t seem to “see”.
