No network connection, in device manager I see Bluetooth device (personal area network and Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac PCIe adapter is showing a yellow as an error.  It is not allowing me to disable device. Help me please

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Realtek RTL8821CE Wi-Fi adapter driver to the latest version HP currently has available.

 

Realtek RTL8xxx Series Wireless LAN Drivers

 

Version 2024.10.230.600

 

sp162860.exe

 

If your PC can't connect to the internet, download the driver from another PC.

 

Copy it to a USB flash drive.

 

Plug the flash drive into your notebook's USB port.

 

Copy the driver file from the USB flash drive to your Windows desktop and double click on the file to install the driver.
