Product: HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D119AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I got this laptop for Christmas it’s brand new straight out the box and it won’t connect to the internet. It connects to the WiFi but says no internet I have tried everything possible. I was able to connect to my mobile hotspot and do all the updates but it still won’t connect to the internet. Any help would be greatly appreciated I need this laptop for work. Thanks 😊
