Product: HP 14-dq0000 Laptop PC (56Z60AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My hp won't let me access webpage so I can have Wi-Fi to continue the setting. I'm blocked at Wi-Fi step.

 And when I click the link below I have nothing :

 so I can't do anything.

Also I can't go inside my laptop, it doesn't let me in without Wi-Fi. I bought it few days ago and If the problem still remains, I will send it back and ask for my refund 'cause Hp I don't know. So I need your help.
