My notebook uses so much of Internet data and consume it so fast so that I am unable to complete work in a particular time . Please help me out so that I can do my work at correct time without consuming the data limit.

Assume you have been hacked and take measured to remove any threat.

You could be experiencing updates in the background or some other program constantly accessing the internet.

You need to check what is loading and running.
