Every time I try to set up my HP Slate 10 or try to use the Internet no matter weather it’s at home the library or work or any WiFi anywhere it says it can’t establish a stable internet connection and won’t let me set up my tablet

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are you trying to connect to the internet via WiFi connection or Mobile data?
    To use Mobile Data is located in the "Data usage" section. There you will find a slider to turn "Mobile Data" ON.
