HP Recommended

My RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter keeps dropping connection.  I am in the same room as the router, less than 6 feet away.  Any suggestions on how to fix my HP laptop so this does not occur?

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Wi-Fi driver to the latest version HP has for the RTL8821CE Wi-Fi adapter:
