Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The video and audio are choppy and thus incomprehensible during a Zoom meeting.  But my iPad handles it well at the same location  -- my desk.  Do I need a dongle, or is this a defect in this machine?

  • I understand you have issues while on Zoom meetings on the computer.
  • Have you experienced any lag/issues while using other applications running on the internet?

Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

 

Install updates using HP Support Assistant

  1. In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant. 
  2. Check for updates. 
  3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.  

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.

 

Also, check for any pending windows update on the computer.

Restart and check for the issue.
