Hi, this is the latest in a line of frequent problems I have with this machine. My wireless driver is not working and I have no way of connecting to the internet to download a new one. (I’m using my iPhone to ask for help) Anyone got a clue how to resolve this issue?
Thanks

Hi@Tuamhain,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing Wi-Fi issues with the HP Pavilion X360 Laptop. I apologize for the Inconvenience,
I have a few recommendations
- Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM or download it on to a USB drive from another PC and then run the update on this PC.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
- You can do Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi, I can't download a BIOS update from HP as it keeps failing. I do not have another computer. All I have is this piece of HP junk that's giving me problem after problem after problem. I had to go out and buy a wireless dongle to get online and try and fix it. I'm just about still in warranty and I'd like this laptop replaced while I still have a chance. Can you help with that?
