Hi 

I received a broken laptop from HP. I have raised a case regards to this on 20/01/2024. Technician visited my place and confirmed it's a broken laptop that I received. I have asked for DOA letter for replacement. Till now I didn't get call back from technical team. What should I do next please let me know.
