Service Manual:
See p. 31 for how to. Easy peasy as you have a trap door for access.
3 compatible cards:
Ralink RT3290LE 802.11 bgn 1×1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combo adapter 690020-001 Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi adapter 709848-001 Broadcom BCM43142 802.11 bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi + BT4.0 HMC Combo Adapter 753076-001
The Ralink and Realtek are not very good hardware; the Broadcom would be better. May require you to load a new driver if you have one of the others (likely).
Inexpensive on amazon.com:
I do not know if you have one antenna or two. If you open it up and it has 2 antennae (I am pretty sure there is only one but hard to know without opening it) you actually have a wider range of choices and the option to install something way, way better. If it is a single antenna then the Broadcom listed above is about as good as it gets.
