Nettverkskort/network card

Jeg har et problem med pcen min, da det ikke vil koble til noe nettverk og ber meg om å koble til forbruksmålt med en Ethernet-kabel. Jeg har ingen anelse om hvorfor dette skjedde, Men nå kan jeg ikke koble til Internett. Jeg antar at nettverkskortet i pcen er ødelagt etter hva jeg har lest på nettet. Er jeg nødt til å levere inn pcen til reparasjon eller er det noe jeg kan gjøre på egenhånd? Takk for hjelp. 


I have a problem with my computer, it wont connect to any wifi and It says that i have to connect with an ethernet-cable. This happened suddenly and i have no idea why, but i am assuming that my network card is broken after what ive read online? Is there anything i can do to fix this or do i have to pay someone to fix it?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 


Try these steps - 


Step 1 Network Troubleshooter -

1) In the search box, type and open "Troubleshooter".

2) Click on "Network and Internet".

3) Click on "Internet Connections".


Step 2 Run Network commands -

1) In the search box on the taskbar, type Command prompt, press and hold (or right-click) Command prompt, and then select Run as administrator > Yes.

2) At the command prompt, run the following commands in the listed order, and then check to see if that fixes your connection problem:

Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.

Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.

Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.

Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.

Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.


Step 3 Re-install the Network Adapter -

1) In the search box on the taskbar, type Device Manager, and then select Device Manager from the list of results.

2) In Device Manager, select Network adapters > the network adapter name.

3) Right-click on the network adapter, and then select Uninstall device > Delete the driver software for this device check box > Uninstall.

4) Restart the computer. 


If the issue still persists, test the hardware - 


1) Shutdown the computer. 
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears. 
3) Press F2 once. 
4) Go to Component test. 
5) From the list, run the Wi-Fi module test.
