Product: Envy x360

I have a ENVY x360 which is experiencing problems with the adapter which is an Intel(R) Wi-fi AX200 160Hz. It says it’s experiencing hardware related problems. I’ve already done troubleshooting which hasn’t been much help. I’ve already gone to device manager and uninstalled the adapter and reinstalled it. I’ve restarted the computer, the wifi box and done a network reset and it still hasn’t fixed anything. I’ve had this issue for a week now.
