Most probable the PCI driver will be needed before going after the Network Controller
Here is the drivers page.
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-630-notebook-pc/5086782
Start with the drivers in the Chipset category first.
I'm not an HP employee.

Hi, @dmimisa :
You need this driver for the PCI Device...
This package contains the driver that enables the Realtek Card Reader in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The card reader enables users to read from or write to supported removable storage cards, which are typically used in digital cameras, digital music players, and cellular phones.

The wireless doesn't work because the Network Controller needs a driver.
However, there are several different model wifi cards HP could have installed in your PC.
Please post the hardware ID for the device listed in your screen shot as a Network Controller, and I will post the link to the right driver you need for it.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID...

Hi:
You need this driver for that model wlan card...
This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8188CE wireless LAN Controller in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
