Product: HP Spectre 360x Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My Wireless network does not work this is what shows up in the device manager. I know that its an issue with the network chip but I'm not sure how to replace it because there doesn't seem to be a video out there that correctly shows how to do it and when I took it to the geek squad at best buy they told me there wasn't any thing they could do. My model number is 13-ae012dx. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.
