Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought HP  laptop and I need to install window, because it came with no such as. Through some point of installation, the process requires from me to install Network adapter driver. I cannot connect to Wi-Fi nor I have that option. From the other laptop I downloaded that driver and put it on USB, but HP doesn't recognize any files on USB. Now I'm stuck , I cannot find that proper driver (the drivers I tried were from official HP site). Please, I don't know how to proceed. I cannot connect to Internet, I cannot open files from USB , I cannot click on next...
