Hi,

 

I have an older HP Stream 11 -ah120TU laptop my son mostly using for homework and Roblox.

Saturday we turned it on and can no longer connect to the internet. There are no network connections available.

 

I have tried every suggestion I can find online to update the driver and reset the network. Apparently windows is supposed to automatically install the driver when its restarted but that is not happening!

 

Is there somewhere I can download and update driver that I can install?

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with the Realtek RTL8822BE Wi-Fi adapter.

 

HP PartSurfer

 

This would be the latest Wi-Fi driver for that model adapter:
