HP ENVY Laptop PC 17t-cg100 CTO

My laptop won't connect to the internet because the network driver is not working. I have disabled, enabled, uninstalled, reinstalled and nothing has worked. There is no driver listed to replace it with on HP's website. What do I do now?

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Have you made any changes to the hardware or software?

Have you made any changes to the router?

 

Meanwhile, perform the steps from this document and ignore the steps if you have already done them.

This did not help I actually had to go to the intel website and download the new driver and install it. But thank you for replying I really appreciate it.
