Hello
I have just purchased a new laptop today but cannot connect to any 5GHz wifi, , I can on my phone and ipad.
Network adapters - Realtek RTL8723DE 802.11b/g/n PCIe Adapter
802.11d - Enabled
Is anyone able to assist?

The Realtek RTL8723DE 802.11b/g/n PCIe Adapter does not support 5.0GHz networks, full stop. If you wish, you can install a different adapter. Please note: your machine only has 1 antenna.
