Product: HP OMEN 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a brand new OMEN 15. I am having issues with my wifi connection. It will not hold a steady connection, regardless what I try. Wired is holding strong and steady, and my desktop is holding strong and steady on WIFI. This leads me to believe it is not the wifi itself or the network. I have updated drivers, and installed new ones from HP website. I have reset the router, and reset IP and dumped dns. I have the upgrade Intel Wi-Fi AX 200 (2x2) card. Please help! As of now, the laptop is preventing me from doing what I bought it for, which is game. i have verified it is not the game servers as well

OMEN by HP 15t-dh000 CTO is a CTO machine therefore no available specs. Anyway, please download Intel WLAN driver on the following link

 

   https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/189347/Intel-Wi-Fi-6-AX200

 

and install to your machine.   Hope this helps.
