New HP TILT pen

HP TILT pen

Have attempted to set up new TILT pen after following all the set up instructions including all filters.  Pen does not write on screen still.  Could you please assist us.

  • What is the product number of the pen?
  • What is the make and model of your computer and is the pen supported on the computer?
  • Is the pen shipped with the HP computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
