Product: HP OfficeJet 5740 e-All-in-One Printer

I just installed new HP color and b&W ink cartridges, the alignment test is successful, but it prints faintly and the color does not print at all. I cannot clean the print heads in this printer model. My printer is out of warranty and is 10 years old. Can you please help me figure out what is wrong? It was working great the other day!
