Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-eh1000 (2H5A7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Trying to set up new laptop; initially loaded wifi network…did its business setting up etc and now won’t find any networks… have tried reset; no change

I am guessing a windows update cause the problem.  Try rolling back the driver for the WiFi card.


Rollback the driver that the Device Managers shows as failing or is the wrong one.

Make a note of the name of the WiFi device: Intel, Realtek, etc in case we need to go find a driver
