HP Pavilion 14-ce-3520na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I connect to my home wifi the connection lasts for a few seconds then stops. Then the laptop will not display any wifi networks or jumps in & out of showing the available networks or nothing available.

I have other devices connected to this long established wifi & guests can sign into it etc it's just my brand new Pavilion laptop that has this problem.

If I connect it to my mobile phone hotspot all is OK. Also OK on ethernet cable.

Have tried reconnecting lots of times, repeatedly trying all the online solution for several hours (windows up to date, updated / reinstalled drivers, network troubleshoot/reset etc etc) & nothing works.

Fixed it.

Took it back to the store and they put some software on that updated all the drivers, including some hidden ones that I didn’t get from Windows update or updating via settings or trying all the googled suggestions.
