Hey,

I just bought an "HP Gaming 15-ec0006nt" and freshly installed a Win10. My computer doesnt even recognize the WLAN card. I don't see it from the device manager. I also can't seem to download drivers from HP site, because the site is down somehow. I installed many drivers from many sites but no avail.

 

Can you help me fix the problem? For starter, can you give me a link to download the correct driver?

Welcome to HP support community.

 

Download and install the HP Hardware diagnostics tool from this link. 

Once installed, shut down your computer.

Wait for a minute. 

Turn the computer On and keep tapping F2 repeatedly on startup to enter system diagnostics. 

Select the component test and run a wireless test on your computer. 

Refer to this HP Article for assistance. 

If the test fails or does not detect the wireless card, it could be faulty.
