No Available WiFi Networks showing

HP Recommended
Pavilon Blue Horizon Rysen 5 4500u
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new computer successfully setup and connected to my home Wi-Fi. When traveling and couldn't connect to a new wi-fi system. I eventually connected some how. Back home now still no Wi-Fi. It shows no available networks which I know is not true. I cant duplicate what I did before to see available networks... How do I set my new computer up to show wifi networks automatically?

What is your Pavilon Blue Horizon Rysen 5 4500u  ? Probably your machine only supports 2.4GHz networks.  Please allow your router to broadcast dual bands, your machine should see 2.4GHz SSID and you can connect.

Regards.
