Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am connected to my wifi but it says no Internet, secured. This happens every few weeks and I somehow manage to fix it temporarily, then it happens again. I have been through every forum and suggestion, troubleshooted, reset and turned off my router, disconnected and forgotten my wifi, been in the device manager and the control panel and done multiple things, as well as factory reset my connections. I’m at a loss. I don’t know what to do.
