No WIFI and Bluetooth chosen upon online purchase

Good day! I asked my uncle to buy me the subject laptop during Black Friday sale. He may have not checked WIFI and Bluetooth connectivity as among the inclusions.

Question: How do I upgrade the laptop to include said features? Do I have to bring it to an HP Service Center?
