Last night I was having problems with getting a stable wifi connection. I decided to just turn it off thinking it will solve it self tomorrow when I turn the laptop on. However, the laptop now only wants a ethernet cable connection and does not longer show any options for any Wi-Fi related options on settings

Firstly I can't find 15-cs0051wn only 15-cs0051wm (I think you bought it from Walmart), its specs

Please try
(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp88501-89000/sp88888.exe
(b) Go to Device Manager to uninstall wifi then reboot machine,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as Admin
(d) Reboot machine.
You may also need Bluetooth driver, please download and install:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp92501-93000/sp92638.exe
