Product: Hp Chromebook 11 G4
Operating System: Chrome OS

My old Chromebook from 2015 no longer has a WiFi option which prevents me from even trying to update it along with it not letting me connect to a mobile hotspot. I have tried restarting the computer and changing the settings but nothing has worked. If I'm missing something I can't find out what either.
